What Is a Realty Concierge?
A Realty Concierge, or RC, is someone who assists real estate agents during the contract to close process and goes above and beyond for client satisfaction. Think about a concierge at a 5-star hotel, their job is to do all the things you don’t have time to do while enjoying your vacation or business trip. That’s exactly what our RCs do, with a background in hospitality and customer service satisfaction, we simply do it all, so you don’t have to! RCs can handle a myriad of tasks such as, administrative duties, coordinating inspections, making sure your paperwork is compliant and way more!
So, What Are Some Benefits of Hiring a Realty Concierge?
A RC not only helps the real estate agent, they also provide clients with excellent customer service during the home buying and selling process. A RC is someone that your clients can count on in addition to you as their agent; by being available when you are not to answer any questions or concerns. Plus, it allows you less time spent on paperwork and administrative tasks and more time doing what you do best, getting new clients that want to buy or sell homes! We also get paid per transaction, so if you’re not getting cut a check neither are we.

Faye has been in the real estate industry for nearly 2 years focusing on administrative work and contract to close. In that time, she has learned a lot about what it takes to make a smooth transaction. Pulling from her hospitality background, she has the ability to create positive interpersonal relationships and a great customer service experience. Faye’s love of helping others has led her to branching out to do what she considers she does best, getting homes closed with happy clients!
In her spare time, you can find Faye hiking in the blue ridge mountains, coaching a local high school tennis team or trying every brewery the Roanoke Valley has to offer.
